Paul Neigel and Pat Doncaster joined talents and formed Lotus Construction in 1992. Each had been in construction since their teens, owning their own contracting firms and bringing together over 50 years in residential and commercial construction.

Both Paul and Pat are active volunteers in their communities and are avid outdoorsmen and animal advocates.

For the past seventeen years they have worked almost exclusively from client or decorator referrals and have built up five generations of clients. Because of these close relationships, Paul and Pat personally supervise or perform all their work, working closely with the choice talented specialists and subcontractors they have gathered together over the years. Their range of work specialties includes custom restoration, kitchens, baths, decks, and interior and exterior painting.

Pat has a natural love for wood and woodworking, has honed his craft over the years and is now considered a master carpenter and woodcrafter.
